Resilience against, for example, bullying, can help people avoid developing mental health problems later on; however, it does not necessarily guarantee happiness.

Depending on the context, too much resilience is not always a good thing, especially when taken to extremes.

Not only must leaders be resilient, they must also develop it in others.
