Senate confirms Paparo as new INDOPACOM commander

Summary

1. Paparo is currently the commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet.
2. He will replace John Aquilino, who has served in the role since April 2021. 
3. Paparo is a TOPGUN graduate, as well as the son of a Marine and the grandson of a sailor.
