  • Saltzman was formerly deputy chief of space operations- cyber and nuclear focussed.
  • Increasing Chinese and Russian threats may lead to capability increases.
  • Although the space domain is less “personnel-intensive”, more people may be required for Space Force.
  • Space Force is deepening integration with the other services, guard and reserve components and international partners.
