Senior military colleges should become AI-driven battle labs where students and faculty co-develop knowledge for AI systems; strengthening decision-making, planning, and analysis to build the Army’s cognitive edge in algorithmic warfare.Learning Outcomes:
- Assess how AI integration in professional military education can transform schoolhouses into operationally relevant battle labs that generate new knowledge for force planning and decision-making.
- Analyse the application of reinforcement learning with human feedback to refine AI agents using student-generated solutions and operational problem sets.
- Evaluate structural and cultural reforms necessary in senior service colleges to produce officers capable of combining human judgment with AI for modern multi-domain operations.
