The thesis advances high-mobility communications by enhancing OTFS and ODDM delay-Doppler waveforms, improving error performance, computational efficiency, and integrated sensing capability—positioning DDMC as a practical, resilient candidate for next-generation wireless and ISAC systems.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explain why conventional OFDM struggles in high-mobility, doubly selective wireless channels.
  • Describe how OTFS and ODDM leverage the delay-Doppler domain to improve robustness.
  • Understand how time-frequency-hopped ODDM supports integrated sensing and communication (ISAC).
