Ukraine Will Get US Landmines as Part of $275 Million Aid Package

The package delivers drones, missiles, artillery and, landmines which deactivate automatically to reduce civilian risk. The US, China, India and Russia are not part of the Ottawa Convention which prohibits anti-personnel mine use.
