- Delivery is expected between mid-2025 and mid-2026.
- Multi-role helicopter for anti-surface and anti-submarine warfare capability, vertical replenishment, search and rescue, and communications relay.

- Sustained by Sikorsky Aircraft Australia Limited in Nowra.
