Having fun may be an outcome of doing meaningful work or could be actively encouraged by managers, but as a goal in itself, it is no substitute for meaningful work.Summary
Tracey Brower writing for Fast Company Magazine, makes these points:

- Having fun is fine, but it is not the primary goal that you should be focussing on.
- Working on something that matters, such as work-related Problem-solving, might be more fulfilling.
