New thermal scope lets snipers see bullets in flight without tracers

Summary

1. Tracks bullets day or night up to 2,200 metres.
2. Traditional tracer rounds can reveal a sniper’s position; the new scope eliminates this risk.
3. Utilises an imaging sensor cooled to very low temperatures.
4. Weighs 2.1 kg and is compatible with various scopes and weapons.
