Norway’s Long-Term Defense Plan features sharp increase in spending

Summary

1. The LTDP raises spending and financial benefits across all branches of the Norwegian Defence Forces. 
2. The plan will significantly enhance Norway’s air-defences and capabilities.
3. It will enable Norway to better defend its High North borders with Russia, in collaboration with NATO.
