US Army senior enlisted leaders warn that future large-scale conflicts will generate mass casualties beyond current evacuation capacity, demanding modernised medevac systems, autonomous vehicles, and improved combat lifesaver training to sustain battlefield survival and operational tempo.Learning Outcomes:
