Building a strong, functional core requires more than crunches or sit-ups. A balanced program should target the deep core system through varied, controlled movements to improve strength, posture, balance, and injury resistance.Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the role of the deep core system in stability, posture, and injury prevention beyond traditional abdominal exercises.
- Apply a diverse range of functional exercises (planks, dead bugs, glute bridges, deadlifts, PT reset) to build balanced core strength.
- Evaluate the importance of proper technique, progressive overload, and breathing in reducing injury risk and enhancing core performance.
