Summary

1. Exercise Pitch Black 24 will run from July 12 to August 2.
2. It will feature 140 aircraft and 4,400 personnel.
3. Participants include Italy, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Spain, Brunei, and Fiji.
4. New infrastructure and bases enhance operational capacity.
