Authentic Stoic practices, measured by the Stoic Attitudes and Behaviours Scale (SABS), improve resilience, life satisfaction, and emotional regulation. Key dimensions include beliefs about control and happiness, mindfulness, virtue, compassion, and a Stoic worldview.
