Resilience means having the ability to cope with, and rebound from, life’s challenges and still achieve our goals. Our capacity to cope with stressors can determine whether we thrive, or just survive.

Learning Outcomes 

  • Understand the importance resilience has on happiness and achieving goals, particularly in a world full of stress and uncertainties. 
  • Explore how stress isn’t something to be avoided and that manageable levels of stress and adversity develops our coping skills and resilience.
