RAAF Poseidon aircraft deployed to enforce sanctions on North Korea

Flying from Japan, the P-8A Poseidon will detect and document illegal ship-to-ship transfers involving North Korea. The mission supports United Nations sanctions while improving multinational surveillance coordination and operational experience in the Indo-Pacific.
